Information obtained on authentication

The following information is stored for authentication and ease of commenting purposes from the 3rd party platforms:

  • Facebook: id, picture, name or username, email and link to profile
  • Twitter: id, profile_image_url, name or screen_name, expanded_url
  • Google+: id, picture, name, email, link
  • GitHub: id, avatar_url, name, email, html_url
  • StackExchange: account_id, profile_image, display_name, website_url or link

In case of authenticating with StackExchange the information is taken from the profile with the most reputation. Fields name, image, email and website are filled on authentication only when previously empty - e.g. if you bind several accounts and you happen to have different emails under different auth sites, only the first one will be stored. Id field will be stored for each site.
